Description
Milk protein concentrates (MPC) are complete dairy proteins (containing both casein and whey proteins) that are available at protein concentrations ranging from 42% to 85%. (MPC) may be produced by ultra filtration or by blending different dairy ingredients.
Applications of MPC include: use in nutritional beverages, nutritional and dietary products, aged care products, infant formulas, protein bars, yogurts, recombined cheeses, cultured products, frozen desserts, bakery and confection applications.
